Here it is...ugly facts.

I always seem to do so good through the week. Manage to eat healthy and stay somewhat busy. Weekend comes, and it all goes to shit. I spent this weekend laying around, eating crap and drinking too much beer. Of course I get on the scale this morning, and am shocked..SHOCKED that I have gained 2.8lbs. Not really shocked, it isn't really a surprise. What am to expect when I eat pizza rolls, chocolate chip cookies, and crappy chinese food at 4:00 in the morning? DUH!

So here is the ugly truth..
